Note that we only plate jewelry pieces made out of gold. With that said, we can plate your piece with a variety of different golds, of all karats - yellow gold, rose gold, rhodium, black rhodium

How often you should have your jewelry replated depends on how often you wear it, and how much contact it receives. For instance, white gold pieces that are rhodium plated that receive a lot of contact and wear, like engagement rings, would benefit from being replated every 1-2 years. A piece only worn on special occasions, like an heirloom pendant, may go for longer periods before needing to be replated.

Jewelry plating is not permanent, but it is long-lasting with proper care. Over time, the plating may wear down, especially in high-contact areas. Fortunately, replating services can restore the finish, making your jewelry look as good as new.

Most precious stones can be plated along with your piece.

With this in mind, there are exceptions to this. Some gemstones are more delicate and may be sensitive to the plating process - like pearls, opals, and lapis. In these circumstances, our team will take the necessary steps to ensure that your stones' integrity is preserved.
