Serving Milwaukee Since 1967

OUR HERITAGE

PJ - About Us - Vintage Commercial Banner

Paul's Jewelers boasts a storied history rooted in the ambitions of its founder, Polychronis “Paul” Antonopoulos. Born in Greece, Paul possessed a talent for craftsmanship and a thirst for adventure, which led him to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he established a lasting legacy.

Founded in 1967 on Milwaukee's South Side, Paul's Jewelers quickly expanded its services, becoming renowned for its quality jewelry craftsmanship. In August 1982, Paul realized his vision further by opening a second location on Milwaukee’s West Side.

By 1994, Nick and Vivian assumed leadership of the family business, guiding Paul's Jewelers through significant growth and change. Vivian's dedication and expertise continued to drive the business until 2022, when she entrusted its future to Mircea "Mitch" Prejbeanu, an immigrant visionary, entrepreneur, and owner of a local jewelry manufacturing company.

Under Mitch's leadership, with Vivian remaining as a consultant, Paul's Jewelers has thrived, becoming a premier destination for fine jewelry and expert craftsmanship. The team, comprising skilled goldsmiths, CAD designers, gemologists, and custom designers, offers a comprehensive range of services, including repair, restoration, bespoke design, and appraisal.
